February at Salt Lake City Lifting Club

February is upon us, and that is usually when routines either stick or fall apart. At Salt Lake City Lifting Club, it’s a month focused on consistency, solid training, and steady progress in the gym.

Our community is built around powerlifting and general lifting, with an emphasis on good technique, smart programming, and supporting lifters at every level. Whether you’re new to the gym or have been lifting for years, the goal is the same: show up, train well, and keep improving.
